In addition to the Mexican Fried Rice, MIL heated up some fresh-that-day tortillas, cooked a huge pot of beef stew & browned some ground beef.
Look how happy DH looks waiting for a good home-cooked meal.
GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: I have a wonderful mother-in-law who lives very near us.
