There is the little SportTrac all packed up and ready for our adventure last Friday afternoon! We've got a tent & tarp, ice chest, 3 chairs (1 foot rest & 1 for Zoe), 2 Rubbermaid tubs, our fan, two inflatable beds (we couldn't remember which one leaked) and our camp grill.
Crammed in the back seat with Zoe is our food tub, our bags, Zoe's bag, 2 pillows, a dog and a dog bed.
A few (dozen) last minute work emails on the crackberry before we left.
Zoe's all excited to go! We didn't get too far before one of the lids on the tubs threatened to fly off and my husband decided I should drive while he responded to work emails. After a short delay, we were on our way to Austin!
We arrived about 5 and found an awesome site that we decided to call home for the weekend. Lots of trees for privacy, a flat (rock-free) place for our tent and some area for Zoe to run around. Stay tuned for our first night.....
GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: I really LOVE that Austin is only a 2 hour drive. We need to go more!

Ugh don't you hate the crackberry when you're trying to go on vacation??? Drives me nuts. But usually I type while he drives!
