Cellar 17

Last Saturday, we ran some errands and did some chores. We were then ready to relax and kick back. We decided to try a wine bar near our house, which is more convenient than the ones downtown.

Loved this little place. It had a great wine selection, super-duper service and fun atmosphere. Lots of chairs & table to relax, and a private room for events.
I had a little fun with my camera while we were waiting for our wine to chill & for H's mom to meet up with us.
What do you think it will take to get one of these (stocked) in my house? ;)

They offered some great snacks, and the prices seemed very reasonable compared to some of the other places we'd been.

Pardon the blurry photo, but it was fairly dark and intimate inside. I'm fairly anti-flash, so H took this photo at ISO 1600, handheld at a 1/3 second shutter speed! Not too bad!

Another semi-blurry pic because of the extremely low light, but I think it's sweet of H and his mom.

GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: Celebrating father's day tonight with my dad.

The place looks enormous! Is that just because of the lens and/or angle?

Can you say "new hang out"?
What more can you ask for? Great wine, great food, great prices AND close to home!
