Outlet Mall and Mystery Shopping

Friday, before we left for New Orleans, I ran out to the super-duper new Premium Outlet Mall that just opened approximately 10 minutes from my house. I've heard it can take 10 minutes to walk from your car on the weekends, but it wasn't too crowded early on a weekday.

Another sign of Houston's continuing sprawl and taste for the trendy, this outlet has it all. I exchanged the Coach purse H had given me for my birthday and picked up a few great bargains at the Banana Republic outlet.

It's open-air market style, which is nice (except during Houston summers), but there are lots of roofs to provide shade and rain protection.

In this wasteland beside the emerging hotel, suddenly the tree-killers have returned!

I even caught them in the act of murdering innocent trees!

So, so sad.....

All for this....

I assume some type of office space or shopping center. BOOOOO!!!!

GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: Back home from Dallas today, after working in the rain yesterday.

BAD TREE KILLERS! Mom says that companys like that should have to give $100/per tree cut down to Arbor Day so they can replant trees in other areas

Stupid trees, just sitting around looking green and pretty and providing shade and animal habitats and absorbing carbon dioxide and producing oxygen but not a single penny in tax revenue! They stand in the way of progress! -- signed, The Once-ler

I went to that outlet mall a few weeks ago. My girlfriend and I lost our car! :)
