So much of what I love about New Orleans is it's history and culture. The beautiful tree-lined road and the flower-lined balconies in the French Quarter.
While some of these may not be particularly beautiful, I still fine them fascinating for their story and immense history. I imagine what sort of characters lived in these old buildings and what interesting life story they may have had. 
Some were so old that you can just imagine the hurricanes and Mardi Gras parties they have seen. Just enjoy this photographic stroll through the old French Quarter and Jackson Square...
