Zoe & Mia Meet

I was a bit nervous about Zoe meeting Mia, but everything went pretty smooth. Zoe does tend to try to put herself between me (or in this case my husband) and Mia, but there haven't been too many issues so far.

We took them to a park near the house that wasn't familiar to Zoe. She was mostly just happy to see me (after being gone for so long) and to keep all the puppy toys away from Mia.

Mia just wants to play and this was their first little snarl....

Mia pulled back quickly & luckily my mom got this on tape.

For the most part, Mia wasn't too interested in Zoe, but she wanted to play with her toys & see the people & sniff the grass & chew on mulch.

Right now, I'd say that Zoe is tolerating Mia so far. Mia bounces around and tries to play with Zoe, but no luck so far. It hasn't been as bad as I was prepared for with the two dogs so far, but I think it will be smooth sailing in a few weeks.

GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: Mia can make it through the night without a potty break, but it's just not happening in her kennel.

Aww, she's so cute. Zoe is being very tolerant of the little girl.
