Pool Fun

We have had an EXCEPTIONALLY hot June here in Houston. I mean killer heat & NO rain. We've already spent more time in my parents pool than we did all of last summer. Zoe has been loving it!



We all hang out around the pool, but it's really rare that all 5 of us are in the pool at the same time. It was just too hot not to be in the pool. Do you see Zoe's tongue?



I was playing around a bit with my old camera & having fun underwater.



Zoe swims & swims & swims! I sometimes think she's going to give herself a heart attack. I'll hold her for a few minutes or try to get her to take a break, but she wants no part of hanging out when she could be paddling.

Me & my girl! And yes, I have a swim suit on...just one of those tube top kind so I don't get tan lines.



Dogs can swim so gracefully- it fun to watch her strokes under water & see how efficient she swim.



She's usually really good with the "OFF" command and knows not to swim directly at you or on you, but I still usually get kicked a few times on accident. It's hysterical to watch her when H goes under water & "hides" for a few seconds, she paddles around & digs and gets all worried about him until he comes back up.
