Family Portrait

When Mia turned 4 months old in October, I found a local photographer (James Crossman) to take a few casual family photos in our favorite spot with downtown as a background.

We met in the late afternoon sun & got some really great photos.

This looks easy, but it's really difficult to get two excited pups to calm down & chill out for just a second when there is so much going on around them.

I love this shot of me and the pup!

Next time will will take an extra assistant for the pups to help out the photographer.

I've had a few of these printed out & am giving them out to our family for Christmas. I think we will have one printed as a 16x20 & framed for our house. Which is your favorite?

GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: H traveled with the Texans today to watch them beat St. Louis!

The pups look like they were constantly being distracted by birds or squirrels or whatever off to either side. :-D

I like the first one.

I like the one of you and the two pups the best. :)

Oh I like the black and white one. You all, except Zoe, are looking at the camera. Anna does that too. Usually whenever I try and take a picture of her. Love the photos!
