Muddy Buddies

Over the holidays, I took the dogs to my mom's house and let them run wild in the retention pond.

Mia is quite the jumper!

Zoe found a stick.

Mia found a stick.

Mia still gets the crazy puppy eyes sometimes...guess she's got some more growing to do.

Zoe's bumps were really bad over the holidays & I had to put her back on meds.

Silly dog!

Mia chases Zoe everywhere...

She still tries to run next to her and nip at her.

Zoe has finally learned that she should be very careful when Mia is running next to her or straight at her to avoid a collision.

You can see both how muddy they pups got and how bad Zoe's fur was looking- poor baby!

They both love to chase sticks that I throw, but neither are very good at tracking it in the sky after I've thrown it- they only manage to find it if lands back in their field of vision.

Mud mud mud! They got a quick dip in a VERY cold pool to rinse off before they got back in my car.

Muddy buddies sure make 5 times as much work washing 2 dogs than washing 1 dog!

At least vizslas are relatively wash-and-wear, compared to big fuzzy dogs like Trixie! ;-)
